Conservation Earth, Inc. is a nationally recognized non-profit conservation education organization founded in 1980. Through local schools, camps, libraries, and virtual programs, we have brought science alive for nearly 10 million students.
For more than 40 years we have offered school assembly programs featuring non-releasable animals as our wild teachers. We provide a refuge for wild animals that have been injured, displaced, abandoned, born in captivity, or confiscated when kept illegally as pets. The stories of these amazing animal ambassadors are the heart of our programs, connecting wildlife and conservation education with empathy, and empowering young people with knowledge and passion for our natural world as they become the next generation of environmental leaders.
Under the name Wildmind Science Learning (originally Wildlife Associates), we expanded our programs to include curricula for teachers, corporate events, and outreach to at-risk youth. We consistently hear how our message of connectedness, compassion and conservation, and the animals’ stories of resilience truly resonate with people.
Conservation is not about a specific ecosystem or species—it is about respect, responsibility, and the interdependent relationship with every living thing on this Earth we all share.
It all comes down to those two critical words. Conservation. Earth.
Wildmind educational programs will bring science and environmental literacy alive in your classroom. Your students will learn to think like scientists, appreciate our connectivity with animals, the environment and each other, while having fun learning science!
